Keep Winning
at Work
Without losing
your mind.
The better your results look, the harder it is to say they never feel enough. Knowing the problem hasn’t fixed it.
With my 1:1 work, your thinking stays sharp, your head feels quieter and you’ll be confidently yourself without faking it.
“I brought the challenge of tackling imposter syndrome. I now have a clearer frame of mind, along with a practical path forward.”
Rachael, Software Developer
You’re tired of needing to prove yourself. Exhausted even.
People trust your work. You still worry they’ll see through you.
On the inside, you second-guess yourself, hold back what you really wanted to say and later replay it all. It’s draining, I know.
I spent a decade in high pressure tech environments. I pushed harder, stayed longer, and still felt like I was falling short of my own expectations. I had to figure out how to outgrow ‘fake it ‘til you make it’, the drawn out, painful way. Evenings on the couch, secretly feeling like an imposter. The low point was burning out.
Now I help high achievers in tech overcome the patterns that follow them home. I learned what actually works so now my goal is to help you be excellent at work without risking your health.

There’s a reason you take on more work, despite having no time. 3 minutes to reveal why.

“Probably I would have said yes just out of fear”
Willem turned down a good job because it was not what he wanted. Before working together he would have gone for it out of fear. Watch what else improved for him.
Willem was mainly applying to jobs that felt safe because he didn’t know what he wanted. In 10 weeks, he went from sceptical about working together to knowing what gives him energy and joining an exciting company that ticked all the boxes. Had he taken the wrong job out of fear, he’d probably still be there.

We talk through what’s going on for you right now: whether that’s a specific challenge, or a more general difficulty you’re facing.
As the coaching client, you bring specific examples of where you feel stuck or want to make progress. As your coach, I ask questions, reflect back, and create structure that opens up progress.

A clear goal is useful but not required.
You might feel like something’s off and find it hard to put into words. Or you may have a long-term vision, feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to act on it. Coaching helps bring clarity to both.
-
That’s often the best time to start.
If you’re too busy, coaching helps you get clear on what matters most. If you’re overwhelmed, the work helps you clear your racing mind.
You’ll leave behind things that no longer work for you, opening up more time and relief in the process.
-
If you’re open to inner work, self-accountability, and taking action, coaching will work for you. If not, it may not be the right time.
-
You might feel drained, stuck, or unmotivated. Perhaps you find yourself procrastinating more or feeling increasingly restless lately. Over time, this quiet tension builds on itself, affecting your energy, focus, and sense of direction.
Working with me helps you reconnect with what energises you; leaving behind the patterns that drain you so you can begin to enjoy your work again.

You’re emotionally exhausted. The pace at work has been fast for some time now but lately you’re finding it harder to keep up. Tasks that were always quick or easy take more out of you now. Concentration is spotty and brain fog is regular. On hindsight, those were the signs I ignored leading up to my four month break from work.
Burnout varies from person to person but most experience extreme tiredness and feel cynical and detached from work. The main cause is unmanaged stress and pushing through when rest is needed.

Therapy focuses on healing, often by exploring the past, including your childhood.
Coaching meets you where you are right now to build the future you’ve been wishing for. There can be some overlap, but coaching focuses on achieving forward momentum.
Many therapy approaches only prioritise building self-awareness, which can become a ceiling if not paired with action. My coaching does both.

My work is tailored around your exact needs so I will be able to tell you after we’ve talked. What normally changes is the duration of the work and I can only judge that after knowing your story
